Head PGA Professional

I am a fully qualified PGA Professional and have been teaching the game of golf to all ages and abilities since 2015. As head professional at Dewsbury District Golf Club my aim is to provide a wide range of products and services for golfers of all ages and abilities.

I enjoy playing and am always striving to improve my own game as I play on the Yorkshire PGA and PGA North Region.

I am very passionate about helping others with their game and want to help my clients on their journey to play the best golf they can.

Together we will set specific goals and targets, then work on detailed lesson plans to help us reach them with constant guidance on the way.

CHRIS GAUNT

PGA Qualified Golf Coach

I am an experienced PGA qualified golf coach, recently reaching a twenty-year milestone as a member of the Professional Golfers Association.

I moved early in my career and held head coaching positions in London, Cambridgeshire, France, Germany and most recently, Northern Ireland, giving over fifteen thousand golf lessons to players of differing abilities.

Using an innovative teaching approach and state of the art tools, I can help players improve their skills and their enjoyment of the game.

Some of my career highlights are Head Coach at Enniskillen Golf Club, Vivienne Saunders Golf School, Sully-Sir Loire Golf Club and Bad Munstereifel Golf Club. I have also been Head Professional at Crosland Heath Golf Club, Assistant Professional at Bognor Regis Golf Club and Senior Assistant at Mitcham Golf Club.

MOLLIE BROWN

Physiotherapist & Assistant Golf Professional

I have been a member at Dewsbury District Golf Club for over 10 years. My passion for golf and assisting others reach their goals is second to none.

I have studied at the University of Huddersfield and gained a degree in Physiotherapy. This has allowed me to have a deeper understanding of biomechanics, injury prevention and rehabilitation.

I can analyse your golf swing and assist you in optomising performance whilst minimising risk of injury. I provide personalised coaching that integrates both physical health and technical improvement.

Previous coaching experience in the junior section and the ladies academy has allowed me to study the complexities of golf and, how this can be communicated in a straight-foward manner.
